4 Key Facts About Love Handle Exercise and Avoiding Cancer
Posted on July 26, 2008
A single bout of love handle exercise, or any sustained workout for that matter, can bring a definite decrease in the chances of getting advanced prostate cancer, according to recent research from the International Journal of Cancer.
This research again brings a strong message - Sedentary lifestyles can be very dangerous for your health. The opposite is true as well. Even one exercise session per week means the chances of getting advanced prostate cancer falls by up to 31 percent.
The study involved a massive twenty nine thousand men over a period of time and the results varied depending on the length of the average exercise session. Please see these four tips below:
1. If exercising only once a week for less than 15 minutes - there is an 11% reduced risk of advanced prostate cancer.
2. For exercise routines on average of 15 to 30 minutes duration - there is a 16% reduced risk of obtaining advanced prostate cancer.
3. Only 31 to 60 minutes of exercise per week - results in a 29% reduced risk of obtaining advanced prostate cancer.
4. If you can do more than 60 minutes of exercise per week - your chances of getting advanced prostate cancer go down by 31%.
What does all of this research tell us?
Simply, get off your backsides and do some love handle exercise routines which is a personal favourite of mine or any sustained workout aerobic or otherwise. Even one session per week on average can produce a substantially better fitness result.
Love handle exercise routines such as side bends, crunches, sit ups or push ups with variety are easy to do and can be done anywhere anytime because no equipment is required. There are no excuses not to do a work out. My advice: make love handle exercise routines or any fitness routine a regular part of your life.

Trying to find the right way to help someone with breast cancer can be tough.
I’ll fully admit that there are no right or wrong answers here. It will largely… Continue reading
